House Extension -

Developed in close conjunction with the client, the proposed extension will create a modern family home with 3 double bedrooms and ensuite, the final design will create some features that would provide a real 'wow' factor, while creating additional 50% space to the existing foot print.

The final design is one of two halves, from the front the main elevation to the house remains understated with a renovated exterior and a modern timber clad extension to the rear forming an open plan family room, utility, master bedroom and office to the first floor. The large open plan family room will have two sliding doors which will open out onto a large patio and the landscaped garden beyond which will blur the boundaries of inside and out to form one space.
