Loft conversion -

This bungalow which is located in Anlaby, Hull was built in the 1980's and has two large double bedrooms to the ground floor. Back in 2006 a loft room was added with access via space saving stairs within the Hallway.

The current occupiers who bought the property back in 2012 wanted to create a formal master bedroom within the loft space, and to remove the space saving staircase. Rowe architects reconfigured the ground floor layout to incorporate a winding staircase within the hallway which provides direct access to the master bedroom within the loft. A new cedar clad dormer was added to the principle elevation which provides additional headroom and natural light.
